Fabricating the propellers and the motors

We manage to fabricate the motors and fit in the propellers and here are some pictures...

We used an ultrasonic cutter to cut the plastic of the pump as it is more accurate, we did this so that we are able to expose the shaft of the pump.

\

We then fitted the propeller onto the shaft of the pump and tested the propeller with a DC power supply.

We then put the propellers onto our surface vessel, we made the wires pierce through the hull of our surface vessel so as to have neat cable management.

We twisted the wires and soldered the ends so that it will be easier to connect to the DC power supply.
