Tubing management of reeling system

At first, our metal reel support does not have this flat metal piece on the top, we added this piece so that the tubing for the underwater drill will go under this metal piece and onto the roller of the metal reel support. It basically acts like a guide for the tubing to go under.

The picture below shows the metal reel support without the metal piece on the top.
