A New Concept for our surface vessel

Over the weekend we were considering if we could add some features to improve our surface vessel

#1 using a bilge Pump.

We want to use this pump to propel our surface vessel forward.

#2 Using floats.

We planned on using floats to wrap around our surface vessel, we also considered using PVC pipes to replace the Styrofoam if it fails.
